
Refunds & Returns
Products purchased online
For products purchased online we offer a refund or exchange on any* purchases returned in their original condition, unworn with all tags intact along with the receipt, that reaches us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item that you have purchased from us online, simply email us at returns@tiddlywinks-bens.co.uk and we will send you our Returns Form to complete. Please state the reason for the return and any items you wish to exchange on the Returns Form. Then email it back to us and let us know its on it's way back and will reach us within the 14 days from date of purchase
You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Tiddlywinks & Ben’s at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge.
Terms & conditions of returns
Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Tiddlywinks & Ben’s will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to Tiddlywinks & Ben’s in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Items returned without a receipt, or outside of the 14 day policy will not be refunded but may be exchanged for items equal in value.
*For hygiene reasons dummies and bottles are excluded from our refund / exchange policy.
