Our delivery
charges within the UK are set at £5.99 for all orders and in most cases will be dispatched within 2 working days, subject to availability.


All our deliveries are posted via Royal mail using either Recorded Delivery
or Special Delivery services and should be with you within 2-3 working days
after receipt of our dispatched e-mail, if you have not received your goods
within 7 working days please contact us and we will try to locate the goods for
you.

Once your parcels have been signed for by yourself or anyone else we cannot
be held responsible for any items that may go astray as a signature is proof that the item has been sent and received by persons at the allocated address as
requested by yourself.

Shipping to EU countries
Our delivery charges to all EU countries are at a flat fee of £14.99 and
in most cases will be dispatched within 2 working days, subject to availability

All our deliveries are posted via Royal mail using either International
Signed For services and should be with you within 5-7 working days after
receipt of our dispatched e-mail, if you have not received your goods within 10
working days please contact us and we will try to locate the goods for you.

Our delivery charges to the USA and the Middle East are at a flat fee of

Our delivery charges to The Rest of the World are at a flat fee of £23.99
and in most cases will be dispatched within 2 working days, subject to availability

within 7 working days please contact us and we will try to locate the goods for

Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely
responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be
imposed.

Refunds & Returns

Products purchased online
For products purchased online we offer a refund or exchange on any purchase (Excluding dummies and bottles which are excluded from our refund/return policy, for hygiene reasons) which are returned in their original condition, unworn with
all tags intact along with the receipt and that it reaches us within 14 days
from the date of purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange an item that you have purchased from us
online, simply email us at info@tiddlywinks-bens.co.uk stating what you would like to return and why and post it back to us.

You willreceive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt
and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.

We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by
Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Goods are returned to Tiddlywinks & Ben’s at your own expense however we
will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge.

Terms & conditions of returns

Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and
legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery
period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Tiddlywinks & Ben’s
will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the
postage) or an exchange. You must however, return the goods to Tiddlywinks
& Ben’s in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods
on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer
apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be
adjusted accordingly.

Items returned without a receipt, or outside of the 14 day policy will not be
refunded but may be exchanged for items equal in value.
